This conference aims to connect our L&D community around the shared space where people, practice, and AI converge. By exploring leadership, core skills, and inclusive engagement, we’re empowering practitioners at all levels to elevate their craft and confidently integrate AI into the future of learning.

Focused on foundational L&D knowledge, essential frameworks, and core instructional design practices, this stream supports those who are newer to the field or those looking ot reinforce the fundamentals.
LEADERSHIP
With an emphasis on training, development, and enablement for people leaders and those moving into leadership positions, this stream highlights the design of leadership-level training, leadership behaviours, managerial capability building, and strategic coaching approaches.

Set on building learning spaces that honour inclusivity, neurodiversity, psychological safety, and human connection, this stream explores facilitation practices that deepen engagement, belonging, and accessibility.
