MB L &D Network Conference - April 26, 2024

On April 26, 2024, Learning & Development professionals from across roles and sectors came together to explore "The Modern Learning Landscape" - exploring strategies and sharing practical insights to move us forward to be future-ready in our professional practice.

MB L &D Network Retreat 2023
On April 21, 2023, the Manitoba Learning and Development Network invited learning professionals from across the province to its inaugural learning and networking retreat. With the theme Connect & Collaborate, the goal was to bring Learning and Development professionals from across sectors, industries and roles to share ideas, build relationships and to engage in learning that would support growth within their own profession. Feedback from those in attendance confirmed that we were successful in achieving this and the bar was set high for future retreats.
The retreat would not have been such a success without tremendous sponsorship from Neovation Learning Solutions and Birchwood Automotive Group – both financial and in sharing their knowledge and experience in areas of Demystifying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in L & D and Mental Mindset = Mental Performance. Our sponsor speakers were joined by colleagues from the networking group who also led engaging and interactive sessions on everything from setting goals and intentions to team building activities.
A casual meet-up the evening before the retreat brought people together to enjoy good food, conversation and connection.
