Stream 1: Core Principles
Stream 1: Core Principles
This stream focuses on foundational L&D knowledge, essential frameworks, and core instructional design practices. This stream supports those who are newer to the field or those looking to reinforce the fundamentals.

Stream 2: Leadership
This stream emphasizes training, development and enablement for people leaders and those moving into leadership positions. This stream highlights the design of leadership-level training, leadership behaviours, managerial capability building and strategic coaching approaches.

Stream 3: Inclusive Engagement
This stream focuses on building learning spaces that honour inclusivity, neurodiversity, psychological safety, and human connection. This stream explores facilitation practices that deepen engagement, belonging, and accessibility.
